If you’ve secured one of the two rooms with a balcony, you can savor your morning coffees on the overlooking the sleepy courtyard, while evenings are perfect for sharing petiscos (Portuguese tapas) and bottles of red wine in one of the boheme-inspired living spaces.

A sleepier part of Central Lisbon but well connected to the hustle and bustle of the commercial district. We are over towards Saldanha and Campo Pequeno with a group of lovely neighbours nearby in the beautiful Yon Garcia and Yon Visconde.

A 15 minute walk to Parque Eduardo connects you to many of the other Yons, but just a short walk away you’ll find more traditional restaurants, bars and boutique shopping that feels somehow untouched by the tourist hotspots that are just a short ride away. This is an area where a popular expat hotspot blends into the true local side of Lisbon life.

    A bookstore that doubles as a café making it the perfect spot to pitch up and work, serving delicious coffee and pastries.

  • Galeto

    A must. This traditional snack bar and restaurant located on Av. da República is an institution and popular with the locals. It serves food until 4am in case those cravings set in in those early hours.

  • Street Smash Burgers

    Arguably one of the best smash burgers you will find in Lisbon. A short walk, but can also be found on Uber Eats.

  • Museu Calouste Gulbenkian

    The Calouste Gulbenkian Museum houses one of the world's most important private art collections.

  • Parque Eduardo VII
